CNC Machining & Routing
When you need tighter tolerances than a printer can hold, or a material that has to be cut rather than extruded, CNC is the answer. We machine and route wood, plastics and non-ferrous metals for fixtures, enclosures, panels, signage and production parts.
Send drawings or a solid model and we'll review it for manufacturability before quoting — including whether a design change would cut your cost substantially.
How it works
Submit Your Files
Send a solid model or drawings with the dimensions and tolerances that matter. Tell us which surfaces are critical and which are cosmetic.
DFM Review & Quote
We review for manufacturability — internal radii, tool access, workholding, fixturing — then quote. If a small design change saves real money, we'll say so.
Toolpathing & Setup
We program the toolpaths, select tooling and prepare fixturing. Setup is usually the largest cost driver on short runs, which is why quantity matters so much to the price.
Machining
Your parts are cut, with in-process checks against the critical dimensions you identified.
Inspection & Delivery
Final inspection against your drawing, then deburring, finishing and delivery or pickup.
