How it works
Consultation & Discovery
We start by understanding what the part has to do, your timeline and your budget. This is where we catch the mismatches early, while they're still cheap to fix.
Design Review & Recommendations
We assess manufacturability and recommend materials and processes. If your geometry will fight the process you've picked, you'll hear it now.
Prototype Creation
We select the method and produce the prototype, keeping you updated on progress as it moves through the shop.
Testing & Iteration
You test it in the real world. We revise and reprint as needed — iteration is the point of prototyping, not a sign something went wrong.
Delivery & Next Steps
You take delivery, and we talk about what comes next, including guidance on scaling into a small production run.
